Thir13en Ghosts

 Thir13en Ghosts

Steven's Review
Who you gonna call? Not the Ghostbusters; these ghosts are too dangerous. But while the ghosts in this movie are not afraid to straight up kill a man, I would not be too afraid to turn out the lights and go to sleep after this one. A wacky old man captures ghosts to complete his machine in order to gain endless knowledge from the Devil. And where does he keep his captures? In his own house of course! But not just any house. A magical glass house. The set design is pretty cool and unique. This movie fits right in with other campy horror flicks. Gore, ghosts and fake boobs.

Likes:
Rah Digga acting, much better than I expected. I also really enjoyed the costume and some set design.

Dislikes:
Nothing scary enough to give me the chills, and I never worried for any of the characters. Every section of the haunted house looked exactly the same, so I never felt like the characters were progressing anywhere.

Thumbs:
1 Thumb up. Not a must see, but if it happens to already be on, give it a watch.

Andrea's Review
So I would rate this movie a 6 out of 10. This was the 2nd time I watched it. The 1st time, I would have rated it higher, probably a 7 or 8, due to the "scare" factor, but I was also a lot younger the 1st time I watched it. Having watched it the 2nd time, you notice more of the "cheesy" stuff, rather than scary. Some of the things the ghosts are doing, it just leaves you wanting more. I needed more ghost attacks! It has a couple good "jump" scenes in it, and an overall "OK" plot, but not something to rush out and watch. Keep all of the lights off if you plan to watch it, that may help make it scarier. LOL. Good acting, not great. I wouldn't watch it again.
